Some computer issues are just a quick fix and do not require hauling your computer into our shop. In those cases, we can help you with Remote Support.

Remote Support Plan
Useful for printer troubleshooting, email problems, and more. By appointment only. Note: some problems are not a quick fix and require in-shop repair, during the consultation we will advise you what is needed.

Remote Support Plan Pricing
Half Hour – $45
One Hour – $90
Two Hours – $162 (save 10%)

Note: Before each remote support session, a pre-paid support plan is required. Billing is calculated in 5 minute increments rounded up. Your pre-paid time does not expire unless used up during support. We will keep track of unused support time in your customer asset notes. By appointment only. WA State residents add 7.9% Sales Tax.

Remote Support Payment
A pre-paid support plan payment is required before the remote support session begins. We accept Credit Card/Debit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. If paying by cash or check, we must receive your payment before any remote support is performed.

We are the only computer repair business on the North Coast with two locations to serve you. We service Windows and Mac. We sell new computers and fix them too. Mike, Wayne, Zachary, and Dominic are qualified to meet your computer service needs.
