Remote Service - $59.95 first hour, billed in 15 minute increments after the first hour*
I can assist you remotely from my office in Long Beach, WA without even having to travel to your home. I provide remote computer support for software troubleshooting, program installation, software updates, diagnosing error messages, a slow computer, e-mail problems, and much more. This service supports Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7. I can provide this service to anyone in the USA.

Step 1) Call Mike
Call Mike at (360)642-2125 and describe your computer problem. If a Remote Support session is needed you will need to pre-pay for the first hour.

Step 2) Make Payment
Use the button below to pre-pay for the first hour. You can also use this button to pay any remaining balance when the session is over. Be sure to ask Mike for the proper amount to fill in when you pay.

Step 3) Start the Session
After you have pre-paid for the first hour, call Mike at (360)642-2125. If the phone call would incur long distance charges for you, I can call you back to save the charges (USA only). I will provide you with a password that allows you to download the software that connects your computer to mine. I will be on the phone with you to guide you as the connection begins. Billable time does not start until the connection is made. While I am working, you can watch what I do and ask me questions on the phone if you like.

The connection is made using SSL secure encryption to protect your privacy. The session can only start by you, when you start it. I guarantee that it is impossible for me to initiate a connection to your computer without you being in front of it and opening the connection yourself. I must be be on the phone with you to guide you as the connection begins. While I am working, you can watch what I do and ask me questions on the phone. While I am connected, "Connected to Mike" will display on the screen and there is a "close connection" button for when the session is complete.

* Note: The hourly rate of $59.95 is the minimum charge. Support time will be billed in 15 minute increments after the first hour. WA State residents add 7.8% Sales Tax.
