Remote Service - $59.95 per hour *
Useful for software troubleshooting, program installation, and updates. I provide remote computer support for error messages, a slow computer, email problems, and much more. If your computer can still open a browser and see this site, I can usually fix it remotely. Just click on remote support to get started. By appointment only. Call Mike to arrange an appointment. In-Shop Service - $59.95 per hour *
You can drop off your computer, all I usually need is the "box". I do not need the monitor, keyboard, mouse, or any cords. You just bring it to me. I will diagnose it, then call you with the estimate. Most repairs are complete in 3 business days or less. By appointment only. Call Mike to arrange an appointment. On-Site Service - $79.95 per hour *
I make service calls to areas within 35 miles of downtown Long Beach, WA. Requires someone 18 years or older to be present. By appointment only. Call Mike to arrange an appointment. Evening appointments are available on request.

Free 10 minute phone or in-shop diagnostic *
Please call mike when you have a computer service need. I will spend up to 10 minutes giving you free advice. Sometimes a problem can be resolved quickly over the phone. If the problem requires a service appointment, I can schedule that too. * For In-Shop and On-Site diagnostics: If all repairs are declined, then there will be a charge of $24.95.

Free pick-up and drop-off within 35 miles of downtown Long Beach, WA *
* requires a 1 hour minimum In-Shop service charge to waive the travel fee. If the repair is declined, then there will be a charge of $24.95. Requires an appointment at least one day in advance. Requires someone 18 years or older to be present. This offer is limited to certain days/locations as follows: Sunday and Wednesday I travel to locations in Oregon; like Astoria and Seaside. Monday and Thursday I travel to locations in Washington; like Long Beach and Ocean Park. If this schedule does not work for you, please call Mike to arrange an appointment to drop-off the computer.

Payment is due on date of service and payable to Mike's Computer Repair. I accept:


* Note: For each service, the hourly charge is also the minimum charge. After one-hour, billing is calculated in 15 minute increments rounded up. Service rates are for labor only and excludes parts. By appointment only. WA State residents add 7.8% Sales Tax.

My Guarantee - All repairs come with a 30 day labor guarantee. What does that really mean for you? This ensures that if your computer breaks down with the same problem within 30 days of my repair, I will fix it free of any labor charge. This does not include virus or spyware infections. Parts used for repairs are subject to a manufacturer's warranty. Generally this lasts for 12 months, but please ask for the details specific to the parts that you purchase. If you are not 100% delighted with any service that I perform, please talk to me. I will do everything reasonable to resolve the problem for you.
